These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all products sold by ABCnutritionalsonline.com to the customer.

PRICES
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars. This service in only available in the U.S.A. at this time.
The total order value will be displayed before completion of a purchase. There are no hidden extra costs. Shipping costs are determined by weight, address, type of material and total order value.

We will usually ship you products to you within three to seven business days.
In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, ABCnutritionalsonline.com reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. In the case of a change of price we will always contact you to ensure acceptance of the revised price. We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in our costs.

PAYMENTS
We accept payments made through PayPal's secure payment option, all major credit and debit card accounts.

Confirmation of an order placed will automatically be sent and this will indicate that we have received your order request. The processing of the order will follow once we have received confirmation that your payment transaction has been successful.

DELIVERY
Normal delivery may be expected within 3 to 7 working days from the day we receive payment confirmation. This service is only available in the U.S.A. at this time. If you are outside of the U.S.A., you may place your order in the same manner but will need to prepay for the shipping by contacting us before the items ordered can ship. Orders will only ship complete. Any item out of stock may be ordered at a later time, usually within a few days. Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative. We may use any method of delivery available to us and will use reasonable means to meet a delivery or estimated delivery date. ABCnutritionalsonline.com will not be responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.

PROMOTIONS
We occasionally run promotional offers. These are subject to the same Terms and Conditions. The offer period, if not stated on any promotional literature or the website, maybe ended at the our discretion.

ACCEPTANCE
The Customer shall inspect the goods on receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless we are notified within 7 days after their receipt. If we are notified within that period we shall notify the manufacturer and the manufacturer accepts returns and will determine the type of compensation such as product replacement or refund. Customer must inform us within 7 days of receiving product, after such time, we will have no liability for items said to be damaged.

REFUNDS AND RETURNED GOODS
In the event that you are not satisfied with the products purchased please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt. Do not return the item to us until we have issued you a return material authorization (unless the item is damaged) via Recorded Delivery. We will then offer a refund or replacement once we have had a chance to consult with USANA Manufacturer.
